Information we collect

You can use the troubleshooting tools without creating an account or entering personal information. Values entered into the browser-based calculators are processed by the site's JavaScript in your browser; the current implementation does not send those calculator values to an application backend.

Like most websites, the hosting provider may receive technical request and server-log information such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested URL, and time of access. This site currently includes Google AdSense code for site verification and preparation, but does not currently add analytics.

Cookies and third parties

The AdSense loader may be present for site verification and preparation; it does not mean advertising is actively serving. If and when advertising is activated after the account and site are approved, Google or its partners may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies. Regional consent controls will be configured where required. Your browser, hosting provider, or linked services may still apply their own technical policies.

Contact submissions

The Contact page uses an email link. If you choose to send a message, your email provider will transmit the information in that message to the site's contact inbox and may retain it under its own policies. Do not include sensitive information you do not need to share.

Future advertising or analytics

This policy applies to actual advertising use when enabled and will be updated to describe relevant providers, technologies, data uses, and available choices as needed. AdSense advertising is not actively serving on this site unless and until it is enabled after approval.
